so....its been almost a month since I last updated.. I need to be better about this!

so what have I been up to? weeelll..spent 3 days in LA with some friends and had a blast! went to Unoffical SW day at Disney Land..was cool to see how many of us were there..was quite a good turnout! saw a couple celebs *Ashley Olsen and...Christopher Walken!!!!* and ate lunch at a resturant owned by Steven Speilburg's momther. actually got to meet her...little tiny jewish momma..sooo cool..and the food was chep..and delicious!!

Saw The Devil Wears Prada..cute little movie...Meryl Streep was tooo good in that role....am gonna see Superman sometime soon...everyone I know is raving about it so am definatly gonna check it out.

My mom visted for a week ...loved having her here *though I had internet withdrawal towards the end lol* we shopped and did soem craftsy stuff..went out for a couple yummy dinners *her treat heh* and watched Gone With The Wind together...*yes.. I am a hopless seouthern chick..* and just spent a lot of time togehter..we hadnt done that for quite a few years *since I moved her to Charlotte actually*

and Tongiht is Big Brother WWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!! cant wait!!!

been out and about enjoying the good weather..was gonna go home for Moms-Day but decided to wait a couple weeks and use my three day weekend *Memorial Day* instead. Planned on seeing a movie but was too pretty to be cooped up in the theater..had a late lunch at Sonic *which I had not been to in forever* and then hit Blockbuster for some evening entertainment...they have a special now..4 movies *pre viewed* for $20 ...got The Avaitor *have never seen it..and its wrong there is a Leo movie I haven't seen*, DeLovely *Kevin Kline and Ashley Judd..cant go wrong, plus I loved Cole Porter music when I was in band* ,The Terminal *one of my favorite Tom Hanks movies and can I be CZJ pleeaase..minus the old hubby..kthnxs* and Closer *yes it was the most f'd up movie of 2005(2004??) but I loved it..and Clive Owen is always pretty to look at ;) *

same same ole here. Watched Survivor tonight (metacomet has got me addicted to it) and though I am rooting for Terry it was nice to see the girls take charge.. Cirie followed thorugh with her master plan..not what Terry wanted to happen..but its all good..he needs to be kept on his toes so he doesnt get lazy :P

Thursday is Survivor night..was a pretty good epi. Shane is a whiney bitch and Cirie was right not to take him with her after winning the reward challenge.
I am rooting for Terry again..all alone agaisnt the 5 of them..I <3 the under dog.. and poor Bruce..know that had to be hurting him...hopefully he will make it back to at least be on the jury.

and thanks to alderasky this is what I will be doing all night

woohoo almost the weekend!!

watched survivor...I have to admit that Immunity Challenge would have been hard to think about with plates full of cheeseburgers and fries and tall glasses of coke sitting there on the table...the vids from hoem were cute...Shane is such a softie when it comes to his son....and his..err..manly bits it seems..though Cirse was gonna crack up lol! Enjoyed this epi must more than the last one....

and OMG BIG BROTHER 7 NEWS YEEAAA!! my BFF called this last summer..she said thats prolly what they would do, WHAT UP KAYSER!! and Jedi Howie :D and Will!! i didnt watch that first season..want to see The Evil One in action lol!!

have watched a few good movies...
-Failure to Launch with Matthew McHottie *alway yum*
-V for Vendetta which just blew me away...I loved it
-Walk the Line...I wasnt sure about this one..then rented it, got a bit tipsy really enjoyed it! I kept thinking to myself , when "Johnny" was talking about his brother if Joaquin Phoenix was thinking about River. sad kinda....
- and Derailed....OMG the last 30 minutes or so will twist you like a pretzel! anyone who hasnt seen this I highly recommed you rent it..

have been giggling like crazy over the gossip of my Hottie from a GFFA and his little Factory Girl.. real deal or not I think they are just cute together.... :)

Have actually gotten hooked on TV..I am not normally a big TV watcher but thanks to metacomet I am hooked on Survivor and The Amazing Race now and I tune into McDreamy and Co every Sunday on Greys Anatomy plus try to catch that instrument of yumminess Ace on American Idol and am loving that new show Evidence and Alias is back in two weeks! WOOT!
Speaking of survivor...my man Terry is sorely testing my faith in him..everyone on that damn island is gonna know he has the immunity idol before he gets done wheeling and dealing...Cirie has impressed me...I didnt expect her to be there at this point...she is playing a good solid game..

and finlaly...closer to home news...a man shot a cop when he tried to serve himm an arrest warrent for raping a girl....this lead to a stand off that had a good sized part of the city closed down..they finally got him with tear gas..but not before he tried to take out another cop. I seriously wanted to write a little note to the man saying "Raping that girl made you scum...shooting the cop makes you stupid scum"

so had to finally give in and head to doctor. got a shot that burned like hell and am on huge dose of augmentin 2x a day for 10 days. if it is not majorly improved tomorrow I have to head for hospital and get hooked up to IV .... fun fun..
